SUBJECT: New Communications Services Requirements, FY 1989-93
1. Attached are the cost estimates for new communications services your
Offices requested for 1989/90. Except where indicated, these costs are not
programmed by either the Offices of Communications or Information Technology
and therefore should have been included in your budget submissions.
2. If these estimates are significantly higher than the amounts
programmed for in your initiatives, then you need to notify the DA Manayeruent
Staff by COB 24 April identifying the shortfalls. We can then
factor this into the Comptroller's evaluation or the FY-89/90 ouayet
submissions.
