SUBJECT: Guest Speaker - Zbigniew Brzezinski
I request authorization to expend $2,500 dollars to the former National
Security Advisor Dr. Zbigniew Brzezinski, to speak in the Headquarters
auditorium on 24 September 1987. Dr. Brzezinski will be speaking on
Geostrategy and Intelligence in the 1990's. Funds are available in the Office
of Training and Education's budget.
