Request for Additional Information on Candidate
Critical Systems
1. D/PPS drafted this proposed DDCI memorandum before he left on his
trip. He directed that it be coordinated with Dr. Davis.
2. Dr. Davis received the proposed letter and wanted to sign the cover
letter as the COMPUSEC Project Director.
3. AD/PPS throught it a little irregular for the transmittal to be
signed by Dr. Davis, but believes that since the whole project is a little
unusual that there is considerable value in her having both the high-
visibility and being able to claim the direct contact.
