CIPC Organizational Activities
? Willi has completed his paper describing the Collection Strategy
Evaluation Method (CSEM) concept. The staff will be meeting on Thursday
to review and critique the paper in an effort to ensure that it is readily
understandable.
- Subsequently, we will develop a recommendation(s) for you on how we
should proceed with this project.

- As we reported last week, from a technical point of view, OIT believes
the concept is sound and sufficient and the algorithms are correctly
stated to do the task we envision.
? The CBW Follow-up Report has been received from the print shop and has
been disseminated.
? We should receive the Narcotics Follow-up Report from the print shop
within the next few days.
? as provided NSA's Critical Intelligence Needs--Attachment 2.
? The next CIPC meeting has been tentatively scheduled for 18 November at
1030 hours.
? Ray will be attending the Executive Development Forum from 18-22
November--he will be departing for the forum immediately following the
CIPC meeting.
Ray is presently attending an Executive Development Program Course on
"Automation and the CIA Executive"--agenda attached as Attachment 3.
