NOZZLE INSTABILITY WAS EXPERIENCED ON BOTH FNGINFS DURING FLIGHT WHEN POWEP LEVERS WERE BELOW MILITARY POSITION FOR DECELERATION, ON DOWN WING LEG OF TRAFFIC PATTERN, NOZZLE INSTABILYTY ON RIGHT ENGINE WAS PLUS OR MINUS 5 DECREES WITH POWER LEVER BETWEEN IDLE AND `"ILITPRY0, IT DOES NOT APPEAR THAT THE NOZZLE INSTABILITY CAUSED A MAJOR PROBLEM AS SUBJECT ARTICLE IS SCHEDULED TO FLY PC-AIN 1g DEC. 7.
