2. The funding for FY-66 and the Grand Total appearing in Amendment No. 22
are deleted and the following is substituted therefor:

consideration of $23,885,096.87. All other terms and conditions, as amended,
remain unchanged.

original and one copy to the undersigned, and retain the remaining copy for
your files.
