1. We have reviewed data contained in the contractor's records
and in our audit files to determine the reasonableness of the proposed
The basic direct-labor hourly rates are concurred in by
the auditor. The overhead, field service, and G&A rates used in the
proposal are those negotiated on 7 December 1966 for use with this
contract.
Therefore, the proposed rates are recommended for acceptance,
subject to approval by the contracting officer of the proposed 9.5% profit.
