1. Reference is made to Contract No. SP-1917, dated
22 November 1957, entered into between The United States of
America and Lockheed Aircraft Corporation, Burbank, California.
2. Pursuant to PART VI - ESTABLISHMENT OF A PRICING
FORMULA, Amendment No. 1 is further amended to include paragraph (e)
which reflects the following agreed upon fixed rates to be used
for the period stipulated:

the original and two copies thereof. Return the fully executed
original and one copy to the undersigned and retain the remaining
copy for your files.
