1. This document constitutes Amendment No. 11 to Contract
No. AF33(6)0)-37230 with Missile Systems Division, Lockheed
Aircraft Corporation.
2. The parties hereto have agreed that the provision for
Advanced Payments is no longer necessary for the performance of
this contract and therefore, PART XIII - ADVANCED PAYMENTS, is
deleted in its entirety. Contractor, upon receipt of an executed
copy of this Amendment, shall repay the Advance Payment received
by the issuance of a check or credit invoice.
3. All other terms, conditions and requirements of Contract
No. AF33(600)-37230 remain unchanged.
4. Please indicate your acceptance of the foregoing by signing
this Amendment No. 11 and the enclosed two copies thereof and re-
turning the original and one executed copy to the Contracting Officer.
The remaining copy is to be retained for your files.
