Request for Approv Aspects of Terrorism with a
Cleared Consultant
Corporation in Chevy Chase, Maryland. He is a consultant doing classified
contract work (NFI) for the Pentagon. He is presently also on contract with
Nestle's Coordination Center for Nutrition, which is an American subsidiary or
branch of Nestle which is headquartered in Vevey, Switzerland, to produce a
study on terrorism which uses on the likelihood of terrorists poisoning

came to know of me when I was a member of a panel discussing various
aspects of terrorism at the Tenth Annual Former Intelligence Officers
Association Convention on 20 October 1984, attended the convention 25X1
and heard me speak. phoned me at my office to ask form het and I 2bxl
agreed to meet with him at 0 hours on 3 December in my office. 25X1

4. If asked byl I propose to show and discuss with him general
statistical data on terrorism worldwide which I have on hand in unclassified
RAND Studies. I also propose, if asked, to provide my own rationale on why I
think terrorists as such are not likely to use poisons to attack large food
producing corporations. My rationale was set forth in a recent Threat Outlook
