SUBJECT: Third Quarter Contract Review
1. I have reviewed your request to initiate contractual
actions for two External Analysis (SOC 2534) contracts:
2. You are granted approval to proceed with both projects.
In the first case it is my understanding that you intend to
reprogram available OIA funds to SOC 2534 for the processing
equipment contract. -I recognize that OIA has no funds available
for the production components contract. I have, nevertheless,
approved this project and have instructed DDI/B&F to identify
surplus Directorate FY1984 funds which shall be made available to
you for this project.
