Attached are this Directorate's requirements for a
replacement for the system we are presently using to transmit
annotated imagery. Please look them over and report back with
costs and schedules in enough breadth and depth for us to
identify and fine-tune any technical and/or financial drivers.
As you know, we are also developing requirements for the longer-
term. We will send these over-shortly.
