SUBJECT: Dissemination of NIT-Related Information Gaps
1. Attached for your signature is the IPC report on NIT-related
information gaps for dissemination to members of the SIG(I) Committee on
Intelligence Priorities. 'As noted in the covering memo, the purpose of the
attached report is to alert the Committee to those NIT questions for which
a full response will not be possible. Following dissemination of the attached,
we plan to have the Publications Center, CPAS, publish Attachment B as a
reference aid for dissemination to Community collection elements to stimulate
. or initiate corrective measures
2. With regard to the information gaps, at yester-
day's meeting expressed his interest in reviewing an iscussing them with the
IPC Staff and representatives from Community collection elements~
