SUBJECT: Request to Lecture at Fort Leavenworth
1. I request permission to deliver a guest lecture on
31 January 1984 at the US Army Command and General Staff College
at Forth Leavenworth, Kansas. (See attached letter of
invitation.)
2. The lecture will be unclassified and will address the
causes of insurgency, insurgent and counterinsurgent strategies,
several historical case studies, and the problem of assessing the
insurgent threat.
