SUBJECT Approval of External Analysis Request
1. I have reviewed your request for external analysis funds
to allow you to analyze 17 Soviet cruise missile sys m
approving this request with the proviso that you cut 25X1
from your first and secon approvals. Excluding this 25X1
request, we have approved over your budget. This was
done with the understanding you would either reprogram funds to
SOC 2534 or adjust your SOC 2534 contracts to remain within
budget. You have chosen to do the latter.
