Attached are background papers and talking points related to issues fior discussion at the NSPG meeting. The Table of Contents displays those items on the NSPG agenda and adds responses fior questions which might also be directed to you. 2. The NSPG agenda does not request any specific presentation by you. Nevertheless, you may be asked about several topics.
