to hear compliments such as those which you sent to me on
the quality of instruction offered by Phyllis, Jackie and
Barbara. Your comments will be forwarded to them. I
share with you a respect for their instructional skills.
They are appreciated even more when you realize they turn
out this quality on a daily basis.

that OTE is delivering "training that counts for the CIA",
as stated in our credo. I would encourage you and your
