4 I am glod to see this subject presented
to DO managers at last!
20 The best course on management I have
ever taken for two reasons: 1) More
applied management than management
theory; and, 2) Agency specific.
32 I came into this course thinking, 'Oh
no, not another management course!' I
think my comments have shown that I have
come away with a very valuable training
experience.
4 Extremely important. May have come as a
shock to some that they are accountable.
20 WhiVe condensed, it is not only
worthwhilke, it should be mandatory for
all managers. No ticket no promotion.
23 Merely observing perceptions of
classmates made it worthwhile.
24 Course was never dull. Indeed, I would
have prefered more time for some of the
discussions.
26 Definitely. Both new and old
supervisors.
32 I will recommend the course to my
colleagues and supervisor.
8 First time I've heard of such services -
which are mainly available to Hqs people
- tough to use thru cable.
20 Extremely useful - wish I could have had
it 4 years ago whAn I had a previous

20 The course highlights and enumerates the
skills and traits that we run across but
have never taken the time to write
down. In some cases it noted things
we's never thought of before. In any
case it renewed our commitment to work
with that element of the Agency which is
our best and most valuable commodity -
its people. It offers some serious food
for thought.
8 (24 years Agency service, 11 as a
manager, now supervising 12) First time
I'd heard much of this. Very helpful.
19 Believe this is the guts of the course
for me. Will work on this for the rest
of my career!
20 Should have taken something like this
years ago. Everybody should have it.
26 This is the most applicable, given its
Agency specific focus, of the management
training I have taken (including POCM
and Look Glass.)
