MEMORANDUM FOR: Senior Training Officers
STAT FROM:

SUBJECT: Component Training and the HRMCTF Occupation Panels
1. In support of the new Pay for Performance System under development by
the Human Resource Modernization Compensation Task Force, the Office of
Training and Education is developing training profiles for 20 occupational
categories. During the initial phase we did not include component conducted
training; however, such training must be incorporated during the second phase
to begin in May 1987.
2. I request that you provide me with the following information for
component conducted training within your directorate:
o The sponsoring component
o A list of the course titles
o Length of course
o Number of students
o Cost per running.
o The number of times offered per fiscal year
o A statement of the purpose and intended audience.
3. OTE requires this information by no later than 22 April. Replies and
STAT questions should be directed to Deputy Director of Training and
Education for Curriculum.
