It is requested that the intermittent independent contract on
be extended for a period of one year to 17 May 88.
Justification: (Indicate additions, deletions, changes, in tasks):
will continue to assist OTE's Secretarial, Administrative and
Communication Training Division (SACTD) in the running of the Field
Administration Course. All the terns of his current contract remain the same
except for the fee change outlined above.
Efforts being taken to satisfy requirement(s) with other than annuitant:
Use of Independent Contractor for above services is justified based on
need for extensive Agency experience combined with the sporadic nature of the
work.
