(will continue to assist OTE's Intelligence Training Division (ITD)
with various Science and Technology Training Programs. All the terms of his
current contract remain the same except for the fee change outlined above.
Efforts being taken to satisfy requirement(s) with other than annuitant:
Use of Independent Contractor for above services is justified based on
need for extensive Agency experience combined with the sporadic nature of the
work.
