I wish to express my appreciation for the program you set up for our
Mid Career Course participants on 9 April. The students were extremely
interested in the video tape of the crash of Delta #191 - particularly the
planning and evaluation necessary to cope with such a disaster. This pro-
vided them with a valuable insight into a different management practice.
They also enjoyed learning about the history of the airport and touring the
facilities.
Please express my gratitude to all those involved in support of this
iisit. I appreciate the time and effort devoted to this endeavor.
