SUBJECT: HPSCI Classified Annex Excerpts
REFERENCE: DDA 86-1340; Subject: SSCI and HPSCI Markup on the
1987 NFIP, dated 6 August 1986
1. The Comptroller has forwarded excerpts from the Classified Annex to
the HPSCI 1987 Intelligence Authorization Bill. The excerpts, which are
Attachment C, contain comments about DA operations and procedures, Committee
recommendations, and tasking on some DA programs.
2. The intelligence Community Staff will be levying tasking regarding the
recommendations in Attachment A later in the year. Personnel and other
relevant offices, however, should note that a report on "financial
vulneracilit-" will oe due to the Committee by 1 December 1986.
3. Attachment 3 lists specific tasking for the Offices of Information
Technology, Logistics, Personnel and Security. Please provide
(telecommunicated via Wang) the requested reports to this staff by
14 November 1986.
