MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF SPECIAL USE AREAS
Mr. Fitzwater also requested that GSA delegate authority to
the Agency to take over raintenance and operation of all Special
Use Areas in the Headquarters Building including all the utilities
support systems supporting these areas. Mr. Davis was also informed
that GSA was unable to perform all of the preventative maintenance
on these areas and that we have a historical record of requested
and performed work documented in our computerized preventative
maintenance program file for GSA review as necessary. Mr. Davis
requested we provide GSA with a more specific proposal in. terms
of what we are talking about.
