SUBJECT: Meeting with GSA/CIA Concerning Minor Work Orders
at 2430 E Street Complex (E St
1. As prearranged at the 14 July meeting between GSA/CIA,
a meeting was held on 27 July 1982 in Mr. Sonny Cook's office,
State Building Manager, to discuss and prioritize outstanding
minor work orders at E St Those in attendance
were:

Jack Martin. GSA
2. A list of outstanding work orders, both SLUC and re-
imbursable, was given to Mr. Cook, however, he stated that: at
this time he was concerned only with those items covered under
SLUC and which can be corrected by his forces or within his
monetary authority.
3. Mr. Cook stated that several items on the list such
as roofing and waterproofing, and the upgrading of the elec-
trical service at both locations are items which will require
budgetary approval at the Regional level and suggest that
these items be discussed at the meeting the week of 2 August.
4. All the other SLUC items with the exception of instal-
lation of automatic steam controls at E St, will be completed
in 45 days. Installation of the automatic controls will be
done before winter.

ffffjo monitor these projects to ensure completion.
ICS/LOG advised the group that since Mr. Cook was
assigned to the State Building office, he has seen a steady
improvement in GSA response time.
