HEADQUARTERS NOTICE NO.
HEADQUARTERS COMPOUND TRAFFIC LIGHTS
Traffic lights were recently installed in the vicinity of
Headquarters compound entrances and at the entrance to the
Headquarters building garage. These signal lights are placed to
the right of the roadway and are approximately four feet above
the ground. The lights will almost always be on "green," but
all employees are cautioned to be alert for a change to "red."
If the light does change to "red," the moving vehicle should be
stopped as quickly as passenger safety permits. The
instructions of the Federal Protective officer or Security
Protective Officer on the scene at such times should then be
followed.
