Tuesday 26 February 1. 153 construction workers on site. 18 Temporary badges were issued. 2. 58 trucks entered the construction site. Wednesday 27 February 1. 163 construction workers on site. 18 Temporary badges were issued. 2. 24 trucks entered the construction site. 3. 2 persons were on site after 1700 hours. 4. Issued one construction picture badge and received paper work on six other ASBESTROL COMPANY employees who will be working the 1500 to 2300 hours shift. Thursday 28 February 1. 172 construction workers on site. 17 Temporary badges were issued. 2. 63 trucks entered the construction site. 3. 2 persons on site after 1700 hours. 4. a. b. c. d. The guard post at the Power House was not manned at 0650 hours. The guard post at the Power House was not manned at 1732 hours. At 1739 hours the guard returned to the post complaining about lack of communications (telephone and/or radio) and that he had not been replaced. Both pedestrian gate and vehicle gate were closed but not locked during the time the guard was away from his post. The same guard (badge # 47) was 10 minutes ;late assuming his post at 1500 hours. No one on site at 1700 hours. 4. a. FPO not on duty at Power House gate at 0650 hours. b. SDO called to advise that an FPO had picked up o e of our temporary C badges at the Parkway Gate. #464, assigned to STAT Custom onment Company had tried to enter the gate using that badge. came to the security trailer where the ground rules STAT for contractor personnel were explained to him, again, at some length. c. HALCO supervisor William McGregor opened a panel in the wooden visual barrier in the North Loading Dock area without advising perosnnel of the Security Trailer. NBPO Security Staff personnel remained at the site until the barrier was closed. Saturday 2 March 1985 1. 10 construction workers on site. 4 Temporary badges issued. 2. 1 truck entered the construction site. 3. a. Robert Guest, an employee of the Prospect Roofing Company was found wandering in the vicinity of the South Loading Dock trying to find a way out of the construction site at 1100 hours. An FPO had admitted hime through the GSA gate due to a misunderstanding and had then re- secured the gate. b. An asphalt machine was unable to gain entrance to the construction site and returned to the company . Security trailer had received no notice that the machine was expected. Sunday 3 March 1985 1. NBPO/OL Security personnel provided escort to six ASBESTROL Company employees engaged in removing asbestos insulation from the Power House from 1500 to 2226 hours. 2. SDO Security Escort reported that two Prospect Roofing Company employees were ordered to leave the compound following a fight on the roof of the Headquarters building.
