Thank you for your letter of May 25 to Mr. J. S. Hodge regarding road
improvements at the Central Intelligence Agency's entrance on Route 123.
The Department and the CIA are presently preparing an agreement to cover
the CIA's funding of off-site road improvements at their entrance on
Route 123. Once the agreement is executed, an engineering consultant
will be employed to analyze traffic conditions and develop plans for the
roadway improvements. The concerns noted in your letter will be con-
sidered in the project development process.
Once a plan is developed for the improvements, the CIA will hold meetings
with the citizens in the area to discuss the proposed plan.
Your interest in this highway improvement is appreciated.
