Members of an Agency Evaluation Board have completed an
initial evaluation of architectural and engineering submittals
for design services to implement Phase I of the Headquarters
Master Plan. The evaluation was conducted on the basis of
criteria published in the Commere ngines rally on 9 February
1982, and I am pleased to advise that your firm has been
selected for further consideration. The following firms have
also been selected:
Smith, Hinchnan & Grylls Associates, Inc.
The Association of VVICR, Inc./Dewberry & Davis/
Everett I. Brown
Although funding for design services on this project is
not yet available, the Evaluation Board will continue the
selection process. The next phase will require your written
response to a project questionnaire and an interview with the
Evaluation Board. The project questionnaire and a copy of the
Headquarters Master Plan will be forwarded to you shortly.
