Dear Mr. King:
This is in response to your request of March 29, 1982, that Mr. Claude G.
Bernier be authorized to accompany the Evaluation Board to Detroit and
Houston during the week of April 12-15, 1982.
I am pleased to report that Mr. Bernier is available and can participate
in the architect/engineer interviews for the proposed Langley Headquarters
expansion project. I am certain that the Board's efforts will result in
the selection of the most qualified firm and I look forward to our involvement
during both the design and construction phases.
