As requested inl August 5th letter to the Association, I am
enclosing the copies of the Master Plan and Environmental Assessment which
were loaned to us for use in preparing for our interview with your Selection
Committee.
As I had mentioned to you in a subsequent telephone conversation, we were
naturally disappointed that we were not selected to undertake this most
challenging assignment; however, we know that the Agency was faced with a
difficult decision in choosing between the three short-listed teams. We
wish you all success in carrying your plans forward for this most needed
facility.
I hope that you will continue to keep Dewberry & Davis in mind for any future
assignments at the Langley headquarters facility and in other locations where
A/E services may be required. We have enjoyed previous opportunities to work
for the CIA and look forward to continuing to serve you in the future.
