As outlined in the enclosed brochure, I an to be the speaker
at the International Club's January "International Dial_jj&,e" luncheon
on Fri~.17 January, where I will ad r~ ess the auj_ ct of "3 ies,
Counter-spies and Defectors You are, o course, most cordially
invite to attend -- as my guest and the Club's.
This affair will begin at 12:00 noon (on 17 January) with a
reception in the Mediterranean Room on the third floor of 1800 K
Street. Lunch, my talk, and a Q and A Session will then follow, with
the whole affair ending -- per tradition -- no later than 2:00pm
