MEMORANDUM FOR: COMIREX Members and Consultants
COMIREX Subcommittee and Working Group Chairmen
1. The annual COMIREX Party will be held at the North Cafeteria, CIA
Headquarters, Langley, VA on Wednesday, 7 December 1983, from 1730 to 1930
hours. This party provides a once-a-year opportunity to get together in a
relaxed social atmosphere with those who serve directly on COMIREX or its
Subcommittees and Working Groups, as well as with some of those who support
its operations.
2. The cost will be $9.00 per person with an open bar. A fingertip
cocktail buffet will be served.
3. Invitations giving details of the party and information on making
reservations are attached for distribution in your departments and agencies.
Each Subcommittee and Working Group Chairman is requested to announce the
party plans at the next meeting of his group.

Take the George Washington Parkway (Virginia) to the Route 123 Exit. Go West
on Route 123 about 1 mile to the second traffic light. Bear right to the
Compound entrance at Gate House 1. (Your name will be on an access list for
attending the COMIREX Party.) Enter the Compound and park in Visitor Parking
in front of the main Entrance. Enter the building via the Main Entrance where
an escort will meet you if you do not have an Agency badge.
