1. At a special meeting on 27 February 1980,
the Office of Research and Development Career Service
Panel (CSP) members voted to discontinue the Special
Career Service Panel for Secretarial and Clerical
Personnel. A further decision was that the functions
and responsibilities of the Special Panel would be
assumed by the CSP.
2. The relatively small number of personnel in
ORD makes it possible for the CSP members to be
familiar with all employees. Thus, the decision of
the panel was taken to assure consistent consideration
and treatment of all employees by a single panel.
