1. The ORD Management Advisory Group (ORD/MAG) will
be composed of a chairperson, vice chairperson, and three
members. The Career Service Panel has chosen the follow-
ing membership:

2. The Management Advisory Group offers each ORD
employee the opportunity to participate in bringing about
constructive change and/or improvement in office management.
3. It will be the policy of the ORD/MAG to actively
seek out the opinions, views and suggestions of all ORD em-
ployees. All suggestions will be given consideration and
responded to accordingly.
