MEMORANDUM FOR:
SUBJECT: Draft Program Plan, FY 1974
1. Please prepare a draft paper relating to your tree
containing the following:
a. Program goal or goals.
b. Program direction for FY 1974 and onward.
c. Brief program (not project) descriptions.
d. Cost estimates.
2. This paper should include inputs from all ORD divi-
sions and will be used as a basis for discussing FY 1974
activities in your program area at the scheduled Division
Chiefs' meeting on 30 January 1973. Please have the first
draft of this paper completed for review by 26 January 1973.
3. This paper will be used as a basis for the FY 1974
Program Call submission which will have to be completed by
approximately 1 March 1973, You may expect that a number of
revisions will be made as programs become better defined and
as we get more guidance on the format to be used.
4. This is an important paper since it will describe
and shape the basic ORD program for FY 1974.
