pertains:
Regarding the shell casing from El Salvador
shown to me by the following
- It is a NATO .762 x 51, roughly equivalent
to our .308.
- The marking 10 could mean Bulgarian, but
Bulgarian shells usually have a small red
star on the casing.
- It was fired by a G-3, a West German assault
rifle. G-3s are prominent in the third world,
and they are all over Central America.
