Attached is our response to your request
of 7 November for a paper on Cuban efforts to
destabilize Grenada. The concerns you raise in
paragraph three have already been addressed in
the talking points we provided yesterday for
your meeting with Admiral Poindexter. We will
also be reviewing some of this ground in more
detail in the Interagency Intelligence Assessment
on the Grenadian security situation which
Tony Motley has asked for by COB Thursday.
