Mr. David Si1Ve.r of the Mirisch Corporation
contacted me today. Mirisch Productions is producing
a movie entitled "Dangerfield" and they will be filming
here in Washington at the end of May and the beginning
of June.
There is a portion of the movie which deals with
the Central Intelligence Agency and they asked me to con-
tact you to see if it would be possible to film those
portions at the CIA building in McLean, Virginia. If
you do grant requests of this sort, Mr. Silver would be
pleased to meet with a representative of the CIA to ex-
plain in detail exactly what they wish to film. He told
me that it would be a car driving through the entrance,
past. the guard gate; entering the building; walking down
a hall and entering an office.
Since Mr. Silver is in Washington now checking
locations for Mirisch Corporation, I would appreciate
it if you could have a member of your staff telephone
your answer to my Personal Secretary, Miss Mary Shinkwin,
at 225-3841.
