This is a well established program within our District. These Kiwanians will be meeting with their various legislators both formally and informally during the morning. We will be taking the results of a poll of our 37,500 K Family members to our Governor and Legislators, This is expected to be the largest poll ever undertaken in our State by any group (as f:ir as we know) on'several vital issues of the day. The main affair is a luncheon when we sit down with our Legislators as our guests. And that is precisely the point of this letter. We want you to be our guest speaker at that occasion!! We recognize it is several months away to May 5, 1976. We also realize we want to get our invitation in we.11 in advance so as to be first in line. Therefore, please carefully consider this invitation and respond with a "yes" which may be subject to your further consideration. May I assure you a warm welcome on our part with attentive and appreciative ears. Mr. Hugh D.
