MEMORANDUM FOR: Deputy Director for Administration
SUBJECT "Brookings Institution-type" Briefing
for Harvard Business School Club of
Washington
The Director has agreed to a Brookings Institution-type
briefing for the Harvard Business School Club of Washington
on September 25. The briefing will be a combination of our
format and their format, as follows:
Meet at 6:30 p.m. in the Rendezvous Room for cocktails
and buffet. The briefing will take place in the Rendezvous
Room after everyone has finished eating. The Club usually
ends its question and answer period by 9:00 p.m.
The Club will limit its attendance to 150 and will pay
the $5.00 or so per head for drinks and buffet.
Ms. Elizabeth Ten Eyck, president of the Club, will
supply us with a list of names of persons coming and will
inform the membership that the briefing is limited to U.S.
citizens.
I suggest that OTR's who is so familiar
with the Brookings procedure, may e the logical action
officer for this briefing.
