Approved For Release 2007/05/14: CIA-RDP88-01070R000100660009-4 RADIO N REPORTS, INC. 4701 WILLARD AVENUE, CHEVY CHASE, MARYLAND 20815 656-4068 PROGRAM The News 7 Update STATION WJLA TV April 15, 1983 11:00 PM Washington, DC Lottery Winner/CIA Agent RENEE POUSSAINT: We're going back to the Sheraton Washington and Carlos Ramirez where they have just picked one of the $1 million winners in the DC lottery. Carlos? CARLOS RAMIREZ: Well Renee, as you can see by the picture, there are two million dollar winners. They are Elmer Jacola, a CIA agent who is currently overseas -- his daughter Sandy is here accepting for him -- and Sandra Hilton who works for the HHS. She is married and has four children. The $100,000 winner was Steaurt Sheer of Potamac, Maryland who, in a sense, by a process of elimination, there were three people left when Mr. Sheer won $100,000. The other two won the million dollars. DAVID SCHOUMACHER: Well finally, on an evening when many are putting some money out, let's take another look at a few people taking in some big money, two area residents becoming millionaires in the DC lottery drawing, Sandra Hilton, who works for the District in Health and Human Resources, and Elmer Jacola who is a CIA agent and whose daughter accepted the prizes. RENEE POUSSAINT: I assume they'll be changing careers Material supplied by Radio TV Reports, Inc. may be used for file and reference purposes only.
