I will tell you tomorrow's headlines today right after this message. The Soviet Union's western-most province, the Ukraine, may well be the next Russian Poland. Top secret CIA reports say the conditions there are the same as those that brought about the Solidarity labor uprising. Intelligence analysts are piecing together reports of a riot there last month, brought on by poor working conditions and a shortage of food. Reports were heard that the local police are unwilling to quell thje disturbance with the Soviets.
