Thank you for including me in the recent meeting of the Weapons
Intelligence Panel at Hanford. Of course, it remains to be seen whether
or not the meeting was an historic occasion. Please convey my thanks to
Lou Martucci who did a quite spendid job on the agenda and creature
comforts.
My presentation was a more or less general introduction to the
business of proliferation intelligence at the national level. I will be
pleased to get into some of the more interesting substantive particulars
at the WIP's next meeting.
