1. Briefing for Senator Humphrey
On Friday, 18 January C/NE is scheduled to brief Senator
Gordon Humphrey on Afghanistan at the SSCI offices.
2. Courtesy Call on Senator McConnell
On Tuesday, 15 January the DDCI made a courtesy call on
Senator Mitch McConnell.
3. Meeting with Senators Durenberger and Leahy
On Monday, 14 January you and the DDCI briefed Senators Dave
Durenberger and Patrick Leahy on sensitive issues.
Future Events
Senator Chiles Briefing
Senator Chiles has requested an orientation briefing during
the week of 28 January. Chiles is a member of the Defense
Subcommittee of Senate Appropriations, Ranking Minority Member
of the Senate Budget Committee, and on the Senate Government
Operations Committee.
