SUBJECT: Angola's Civil War
This is a good piece of work. Do we have any judgment of how
effectively Angolans are able to use the advanced arms with which
the Soviets have provided them. There was a judgment around here
a while ago that they had not made good use of the helicopter
gunships against the Savimbese forces.
