Advise DCI of the Responsiveness of Existing and Potential Collection and Exploitation Resources to National Needs. Formulate Guidance for: Programming of Collection and Processing Resources, Mission Planning and Tasking, Imagery Exploitation, and the National Data Base of Image-Derived Information. Assure the Validity and Practicality of Guidance in Light of Changing National Circumstances, DCI Objectives and Priorities, Cost Effectiveness, and Certain Risk Considerations.
