1. DIA informs me that at the Military Intelligence board meeting on 27 June
1983, there was a consensus that the paper on Nicaragua required more time for
consideration. The DOD representatives are prepared to discuss the draft at the 28
June 1983 Board meeting.
2. The MIB has forwarded the following message about their problems with the
draft on the Military Reliability ot the Warsaw Pact allies.
