Attached is a letter and resume of a doctor
who is interested in CIA employment.
Dana Mead, who forwarded the resume, is a
former Army officer, USMA professor, and White
House staffer from the early 1970s. I don't
believe he would offer us a wooden nickel.

You are the highest ranking intelligence type I know --
notice I did not say you have the rankest ' intelligence --
so I'm passing this along to you for some action.
The attached resume is from a major customer of mine
history and good. language proficiency. He is very
interested in either the CIA or State Department.
Although I have not met him, he appears to be someone
who would be very useful in either of these organizations
in the research or analysis areas.
Could you please pass this along to someone who could
give this serious attention.
