Meeting of the Working Group on Drug Supply Reduction
1. On your behalf, I attended the 4 May meeting of the Working Group
on Drug Supply Reduction at the Department of Justice. As you know, the
meeting was held to coordinate the draft of the 1983 Drug Law Enforcement
Report to the Cabinet Council on Legal Policy.
2. During the meeting, a few members of the Working Group indicated
that they would provide additional inputs to the draft. Based on
had no problem with how our submission Was incorporated in theInaicarendraft.CIA
3. Plans call for a final draft of the report to be forwarded for
review by the Working Group members by the end of the month. No
additional business was conducted. I plan to attend any additional
